Jeff has been in marital arts since he was 16 years old. He describe his training as a philosophy, not a style. He stresses scientific street fighting and realistic scenarios in life situations, like fighting out of a chair, 2, 3,4 or 5 on 1 fights etc.

Jeff has been in numerous grappling tournaments and amateur kickboxing bouts with a 2-1 record. As a professional he has also fought at WFC In Tampa FLA, Rage Cage in Fort Lauderdale and a few other MMA leagues. He is also an Associate instructor at the JKD Extreme Academy with a very bright future in Jeet Kune Do.
