The JKD-EXTREME ACADEMY takes a non-traditional approach towards Martial Arts training. We are not about setting up restrictions or "Ways" of doing things. We have no interest in trying to mold or shape you.
We accept you as you are, because no single martial art style is applicable to each and every individual . We are all built different in size, physical nature, and ability. This is why Jeet Kune Do is based on "Absorb what is useful Reject what is useless and ad what is specifically your own". You as the individual through this process of self-discovery, will be your own best teacher.
The academy provides a controlled atmosphere that allows children & adults to safely experience standing fighting skills and also ground skills for self defense.

We supply you with the knowledge and training of using "No Way as Way" and having "No Limitation as Limitation". JKD-EXTREME takes the position that, these are some of our principles, theories, and concepts that are practical, simple and direct. This process of growth is called:
