Self
Defense Ground Fighting:
This method of training offers the concepts of using "No Way"
as "Way" for ground self defense. In many self-defense situations,
ground fighting skills are just as important as standing fighting
skills. You may find yourself on the ground either because of
a fall or a takedown. With this method of training you learn a
wide variety of escapes, counters, nerve striking, takedowns,
locks, strangles, and holds, making it highly effective to defend
against attacks while on the ground.

of Jeet Kune Do(Simple & Direct).

Effortless
Throws & Takedowns:
Effortless Combat Throws are best known for their spectacular
throwing techniques, which when performed correctly do not require
the use of great power, force, or effort. Also, a person learns
how to fall safely without injury, which is a unique skill to
have.
